Partial day shifts for individuals wanting more flexible schedule. Candidate must be able to work weekends and afternoon closing shifts. Candidate could take on a hybrid role of the positions listed below.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT: if you love to cook & know your way around a commercial kitchen operation. Willing to train a passionate home cook as well!

RETAIL ASSISTANT: if you love chatting all things seafood, like to hustle, are excited to sling the best lobster rolls around, want to learn more about natural wine & craft beer.

LOBSTER ROLL MAKER: if you are comfortable in a fast paced environment, are good at managing multiple customer orders at a time, and want to make the best lobster roll on the Northshore.
